Shinhan Financial Group Recruiting Startups to Participate in the 'Seoul Made' Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Shinhan Financial Group announced on the 28th that it will recruit startups to participate in the 'Seoul Made' project in collaboration with the Seoul Business Agency until the 9th of next month.
Seoul Made is a lifestyle platform created by the Seoul Business Agency to widely promote content, products, and spaces imbued with the sensibility of Seoul to the global MZ generation who pursue valuable consumption.
This project was planned with the purpose of discovering and nurturing startups that will create new lifestyles through Shinhan Financial's Shinhan Future's Lab, which has know-how in startup incubation, and Seoul Business Agency's Seoul Made.
The target applicants for this project are early-stage startups within seven years of establishment. Selected companies will be provided with a customized comprehensive support program including ▲Seoul Made·Shinhan Future's Lab brand marketing specialized support program ▲mentoring for excellent companies ▲connection to professional investment institutions.
The Seoul Made·Shinhan Future's Lab brand marketing specialized support program plans to match startups with the advertising agency Cheil Worldwide to support brand building for effective targeting of the MZ generation through customized marketing concept development, promotional video production, and social networking service (SNS) promotion.
In addition, mentoring for business advancement will be conducted by matching with excellent startups such as Woowa Brothers and SmartStudy Ventures. An investment advisory group will be formed through venture capital (VC) and accelerators (AC), providing various services such as matching with domestic and international investment institutions, IR training, and direct investment opportunities.
