Angel-in-us Partners with Chef Yoon's Honest Bakery to Operate 'Bakery Cafe'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Lotte GRS announced on the 23rd that its coffee franchise Angel-in-us is partnering with Yoon Chef Jeongjikhan Bakery to introduce a special "Bakery Cafe" for the first time at the Seoul Jamsil Seokchon Lake branch.
Yoon Chef Jeongjikhan Bakery is a bakery brand led by CEO Chef Yoon Yeon-jung, who serves as a technical guidance committee member of the Confectionery Master Association. Under the concept of "healthy bread that you never get tired of eating every day," they have developed their own natural fermentation starter using rye, barley, and raisins, and produce bread using 12 types of flour pairing methods based on high extraction rate French flour.
At Angel-in-us Seokchon branch, five professional bakers from Jeongjikhan Bakery work to produce freshly baked bakery items such as Genovese cream cheese, garlic baguette, and sweet pumpkin campagne, which are popular menu items loved by customers.

Angel-in-us has prepared two coffee products exclusive to the Seokchon Lake branch. First is the "Einsp?nner," which harmonizes sweet and rich milk cream with robust coffee, and the "Nutty Cream Latte," which contains savory and mild nutty cream with sweet and slightly bitter almond syrup.
