According to the police on the 10th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul has booked Mr. A on charges of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (filming using a camera, etc.) and is investigating the case.
It is known that female Mr. B filed a complaint last September, alleging that Mr. A filmed her body without consent during sexual intercourse. The police reportedly summoned Mr. A twice for questioning and conducted a search of his residence.
After the police investigation began, in November last year, Mr. A filed a complaint against Mr. B for attempted extortion, threats, and defamation.
