EV Advanced Materials Builds Media Wall Using Transparent LED Film in Jeongseon, Gangwon-do
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] EV Advanced Materials (EV Cheomdan Sojae) announced on the 10th that it successfully completed the final inspection on the 8th after constructing a large media wall using transparent LED film at Jangjangcheon Star Light Park in Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do, commissioned by Jeongseon County.
The installed large media wall was completed with a resolution of 1 million dots, measuring 1.4m in height and 40m in length, to provide a unique attraction exclusive to Jeongseon, the hometown of Arirang.
The company began developing transparent LED film in 2017 by changing materials based on flexible circuit board design and process technology, and entered the domestic market starting from the initial Japanese market in 2019 through patented technology for adhesive installation methods.
The transparent LED film can be used in various ways, such as utilizing existing building windows or as outdoor exhibits in the form of media walls, making it convenient for local advertising, policy promotion, and information sharing.
A representative of EV Advanced Materials said, “It is the only transparent LED film designated as an excellent procurement product by the Public Procurement Service in Korea,” adding, “We expect full-scale expansion in the domestic market in the future and are currently collaborating with government offices.”
