Javis Selected as Government ATC+ Operator "R&D Funding of 3 Billion KRW Supported"
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Jarvis, a company specializing in industrial X-ray inspection equipment, announced on the 10th that it has recently been selected as a participant in the Excellent Enterprise Research Institute Development Project (ATC+) promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. The total project cost is approximately 3 billion KRW and will be carried out over 45 months until the end of 2024.
This research and development project is the first in Korea to be AI-based and focuses on the field of non-destructive semiconductor post-process inspection equipment using high-resolution 3D X-rays of 25 nanometers (nm) or less.

The ATC+ project conducted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy aims to foster companies as key agents of industrial innovation by strengthening the research and development (R&D) capabilities of research institutes affiliated with small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies.
