The new EQA is a vehicle designed for customers who enjoy an urban lifestyle and seek individuality. It is a luxury pure electric compact SUV boasting spacious interior, dynamic driving performance, and distinctive design.
The black panel radiator grille with the three-pointed star positioned at the center is a distinctive design element unique to Mercedes-EQ. The fiber optic strip running across the front connects to the full LED daytime running lights of the headlamps, enhancing visibility both during the day and at night.
The unique design of the electric vehicle is also evident inside. It features a new style of backlight trim, five circular air vents precisely designed in a turbine shape with air guide plates, two 10.25-inch (26cm) wide screen displays, and the MBUX infotainment system (Mercedes-Benz User Experience).
The MBUX Hyperscreen is a large curved screen spanning the entire area between the driver and front passenger seats. Equipped with AI learning capabilities, it makes operating various vehicle functions more intuitive and convenient.
The new EQA 250 offers a driving range of 426 km (WLTP standard) on a single charge with a 66.5 kWh lithium-ion battery and an intelligent thermal management system. The front axle is equipped with an electric motor delivering a maximum output of 140 kW and peak torque of 375 Nm, while the vehicle floor houses the 66.5 kWh double-decker lithium-ion battery.
The new EQA supports charging at a maximum output of 100 kW using a fast charger and up to 9.6 kW with a slow charger. Depending on the fast charging environment and battery condition, it takes about 30 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%.
Equipped with Various Advanced Convenience and Safety Features
Mercedes-Benz’s advanced driving assistance system, the Driving Assistant Package, is equipped as standard for the first time in the compact segment, supporting safer and more comfortable driving.
