Please Register Reliable and Technically Skilled Companies by the 24th
[Haenam=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Hyun] Jeonnam Haenam-gun (Governor Myeong Hyun-gwan) announced on the 9th that it will publicly recruit institutions to conduct safety inspections of construction sites within the region ordered by the county in accordance with the Construction Technology Promotion Act.
Initially, the construction safety inspections were conducted by institutions directly selected by the contractors, but related laws were revised to have the ordering party (or the licensing authority) select one institution from among registered institutions to ensure the objectivity and effectiveness of safety inspections.
The recruitment will be open until the 24th, and applicants must refer to the recruitment announcement on the Haenam-gun website and submit the application form and required documents directly to the Water Supply Team of the Waterworks Office. If there are no disqualifications for registration, the institution can participate in safety inspection work for one year after the registration announcement.
The qualification requirements are that the institution must be a safety diagnosis specialized institution under the Special Act on the Safety and Maintenance of Facilities, registered in at least one field among comprehensive or hydraulic fields, and the head office must be located in Jeollanam-do according to the corporate registry continuously from the recruitment announcement date.
The county plans to register and manage the recruited institutions on the list of safety inspection institutions for one year after the public announcement, and when safety inspections for construction projects are needed in the future, select the actual performing institution through evaluation of business performance and bid price among the registered institutions.
