[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Heo Seon-sik] The Democratic Party of Korea's Suncheon-Gwangyang-Gokseong-Gurye (Eul) Regional Committee (Chairman, National Assembly member Seo Dong-yong) announced on the 9th that starting from 7:30 PM on June 8th (Tuesday), they held a political academy titled ‘Together ㅈㅊ School’ with the theme of ㅈㅊ (Politics, Policy, Autonomy) for three months.
Beginning with a video congratulatory message from Seo Dong-yong, the regional chairman, and greetings from Senior Vice Chairman Jeong Kyung-hwan, the ‘Together ㅈㅊ School’ started amid great interest and proceeded smoothly with thorough quarantine measures despite difficulties caused by COVID-19, receiving much anticipation and support.
The first lecturer invited was Ahn Jin-geol, Director of the People’s Livelihood Economy Research Institute, who gave a two-hour lecture on the theme ‘Democracy for the Poor’ with his characteristic passionate rhetoric.
