The education held on the 24th was designed to prevent financial fraud and protect the rights and interests of financial consumers, targeting financially vulnerable groups. The sessions covered the importance of managing identification cards and smartphones, the definition and cases of voice phishing, and methods to prevent financial fraud. It also addressed how to respond after voice phishing damage occurs, including how to apply for payment suspension.
