On the 2nd, Professor Seo posted on his Facebook, stating, "After investigating the torch relay video posted on the Tokyo Olympics homepage, it was confirmed that on the 16th of last month, the torch relay passed through Oki Island in Shimane Prefecture and the Shimane Prefectural Office's 'Takeshima (the Japanese term for Dokdo) Archive,' which are bases for Japan's groundless claims over Dokdo."
He continued, "Including Oki Island, which is called an exhibition hall for Dokdo distortion, and the Shimane Prefectural Office's Takeshima Archive, where the annual 'Takeshima Day' event is held, in the torch relay route is a clear indication of Japan's ambitions over Dokdo," he analyzed.

It is time for us to prepare a more strategic and sophisticated global promotion."
Earlier, on the 21st of last month, Professor Seo sent a correction request email to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) president regarding Dokdo being marked as Japanese territory on the Tokyo Olympics homepage.
Meanwhile, the torch relay is being broadcast live through the Tokyo Olympics homepage. The torch relay route mentioned by Professor Seo can be confirmed by replaying the Shimane Prefecture Day 2 torch relay video posted on the 16th of last month.
