First Online Meeting After Inauguration... Emphasizing 'Communication' and 'Innovation'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Jeon Incheon, CEO of TMON, urged employees during an online meeting held on the 1st to strive for a "corporate culture that is based on communication between organizations and is not afraid of new attempts." As part of COVID-19 quarantine management, the meeting was conducted in a format where CEO Jeon directly answered questions from employees about the organizational culture necessary for the company's growth via video, after receiving questions in advance.
Regarding corporate culture and management philosophy, CEO Jeon said, "A customer-centric culture that is not afraid of change and strives for innovation every day, with good communication and collaboration between organizations, is necessary," adding, "To achieve this, I want to create an organizational culture that communicates, respects diversity, and is not afraid of failure." As a first step, the company plans to establish a 'Junior Board' system starting in June to expand communication between generations within the company and improve and develop the organizational culture.
He also shared his thoughts on the core mindset required as a leader. CEO Jeon said, "In managing a company, I ask myself three questions every day: 'Are we customer-centric? Are we making mid- to long-term investments? Are we innovating daily?'" He emphasized, "An organizational culture that encourages active communication among members, comfortably proposes new ideas, and is not afraid of new attempts is necessary."

The company will provide 'Travel Insurance' for employees' safety during the summer vacation season and expand the early leave system called 'Family Day.' CEO Jeon emphasized, "We will continue to improve various systems to increase employee job satisfaction."
