A chatbot is a computer system that processes information by conversing with humans. When users input questions in conversational language, the chatbot returns results via text or voice.
The service offers interactive civil complaint consultation, including guidance on settlement support programs, issuance of frequently used civil documents, and major phone numbers. It is available through the National Secretary Consultation Service (ips.go.kr) and Hana Portal (hanaportal.unikorea.go.kr).
Guidance on settlement support programs includes ▲ settlement allowance and additional allowance support ▲ education support ▲ housing support ▲ medical support ▲ Future Happiness Account program ▲ child birth registration ▲ employment and start-up guidance.
