Seoul is calling for projects that create an environment where elderly people can live safely and comfortably as members of the community, and projects that build community environments in response to increased care demands due to dementia and other factors, aiming to foster empathy and integration between generations. Through this public call, Seoul plans to dispel negative perceptions and prejudices against the elderly while creating a society where all generations can harmoniously coexist.
The application fields include nonprofit projects where local youth generations (ages 10 to 30) and elderly people aged 65 and over can regularly participate together, such as ▲ promotional, educational, and volunteer activities to create an elderly-friendly social atmosphere and resolve generational conflicts ▲ projects to create care environments for vulnerable elderly groups such as those with dementia, and any projects that promote communication and understanding between generations.

After first and second rounds of evaluation, the results will be posted on the Seoul Metropolitan Government website in June, and the final selected organizations (groups) will be individually notified.
