Ministry of the Interior and Safety to Hold This Year's First 'Innovation Field Relay' on the 28th
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 27th that it will hold the first event of this year’s ‘Innovation Field Relay’ on the 28th via a video conference connecting the Seoul Government Complex and the Sejong Government Complex.
‘Innovation Field Relay’ is a forum for sharing experiences and know-how of excellent government innovation cases and discussing solutions to problems encountered during the government innovation process. It is held in a relay format among agencies. This year, the event will continue under the theme of 'Improvement of Organizational Culture and Working Methods,' which is being promoted at the pan-government level.
The first participant is the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, which recently established and is leading the 'Plan for Improving Organizational Culture and Working Methods.' The ministry plans to share and discuss various excellent cases of internal organizational culture innovation together with MZ generation public officials.
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety will introduce ongoing initiatives such as the ‘National Secretary Service,’ ‘Subsidy24 Service,’ and ‘Emergency Incident Joint Response Function Improvement.’ Then, various innovation measures being promoted by the ministry to improve organizational culture and working methods will be presented, followed by discussions between experts and MZ generation public officials who are members of the Government Innovation Avengers.
