[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 24th that it will halt automobile production at its Asan plant for three days until the 26th.
The Asan plant produces vehicles such as the mid-to-large sedan Grandeur and the mid-size sedan Sonata. The production stoppage is reportedly due to a shortage of electronic control units (EUV) and transmission control units (TCU).
