According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 10th, as of 2 p.m. that day, 7 people were infected with COVID-19 and classified as cases 2495 to 2501.
Case 2495 is a student attending an elementary school in Nam-gu and was found to have had contact with case 2489, a family member. Case 2497 also had contact with case 2489. The infection route of case 2489, confirmed the previous day, has not yet been identified.
Case 2496 is a teacher at a high school in Gwangsan-gu. The infection route is under investigation, and a full survey was conducted on faculty and students.
Case 2498 is related to Seongdeok High School, case 2500 is linked to entertainment establishments in the Sangmu district, and case 2501 is a resident of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, connected to case 1917 in Namyangju City.
Voluntary testers whose infection routes were not identified also tested positive.
