Sambu Construction Completes New Construction of 'Gwangyang Sweet M Renaissance'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Sambutogeon announced on the 30th that it has completed the construction of the Madong multi-family housing complex in Gwangyang City.
Despite many sites facing difficulties in proceeding with normal construction due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, the construction was safely completed within the scheduled period.
The Gwangyang Sweet M Renaissance, constructed by Sambutogeon, is a project to build four buildings with 339 apartment units and neighborhood living facilities, ranging from one basement floor to 20 floors above ground, located at 1159 Madong, Gwangyang City, Jeollanam-do. The completion inspection was conducted on the 29th of this month, and move-in is scheduled to begin on the 12th of next month.

A Sambutogeon official stated that the Gwangyang Sweet M Renaissance apartments are adjacent to Gwangyang Bay, offering excellent views as well as superior transportation conditions to Gwangyang Steelworks and Yeosu City. Additionally, nearby amenities such as a general hospital and Homeplus contribute to a favorable surrounding convenience environment.
