Naju Mayor Kang In-gyu Holds Open Dialogue with New Employees
[Naju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yuk-bong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Kang In-gyu) announced on the 22nd that it held an "Open Dialogue between the Mayor and New Public Officials" to create a happy workplace culture on the 21st at the Naju Nabilella Culture Center Small Theater.
The dialogue held that day proceeded in the order of an introduction to the Nabilella Culture Center by a cultural tourism guide (Getting to Know It), a piano healing concert, a conversation with employees, and an outdoor commemorative photo session.
Mayor Kang In-gyu shared the direction of city administration through a conversation with about 40 employees newly appointed in the second half of last year under the theme "You Are My Spring," and exchanged candid discussions about the difficulties and suggestions of the employees.
Before the main dialogue, cards with the phrase "Walk Only on Flower Paths" and flowers were given to the new employees to create a comfortable conversation atmosphere.
The employees frankly shared their thoughts on "the desire for work-life balance (Work-Life Balance)," "work-related difficulties such as malicious civil complaints," "the most rewarding moments in public service," and "concerns about applying for leave or leave of absence."

Mayor Kang said, "I will carefully review and reflect on the matters raised today to help new employees adapt well to the public service community," and added, "I hope they will do their best in their assigned duties with integrity as the basic virtue as public officials of Naju City and grow as key figures in building Naju's next 100 years."
