View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] IBK Capital announced on the 16th that it has donated 50 million KRW to the social welfare organization Sarangui Dalpaengi, which supports the hearing impaired, to cover the cochlear implant surgery costs for hearing-impaired individuals.
Sarangui Dalpaengi is a specialized welfare organization for the hearing impaired that provides cochlear implant surgeries and hearing aids to help them regain hearing, supports their social adaptation, and conducts public awareness education to improve understanding of hearing disabilities.
IBK Capital is a subsidiary wholly owned by IBK Industrial Bank of Korea and has been continuously engaged in social contribution activities to support disadvantaged neighbors in society, including people with disabilities, underprivileged children, elderly living alone, single mothers, and youths in need.
