[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Kolon Industries FnC Division (hereinafter Kolon FnC) announced on the 11th that it established the 'Kolon FnC Forest' in the area affected by the Gangwon wildfire on the 9th.
The Kolon FnC Forest was created using 1% of the sales from the sustainable category 'weDO,' newly established last year in Kolon Mall, and the profits from Kolon Sports' eco-friendly line 'Noah Project.' The forest was planted in Nonhwa-ri, Seomyeon, Yangyang, which suffered significant damage from a large wildfire in 2019. In collaboration with the social venture TreePlanet, a total of 5,000 pine tree seedlings were planted.
