Shinyoung Real Estate Trust Launches 'Real Estate Value-Up Service' Business
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Shin Young Real Estate Trust announced on the 9th that it has started a business related to 'Customer Real Estate Value-Up Service.'
This service refers to deriving efficient development plans for real estate owned by customers and integrally managing the entire process of real estate development projects from permits, design, construction, to sale. Even if customers lack professional development and construction know-how, they can proceed with projects more stably and professionally through the trust platform service.
To this end, Shin Young Real Estate Trust signed a business agreement as a 'Value-Up Service Partner' with Central Construction, a residential specialized construction company. As the first project, they are demolishing old houses in Simgokbon-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and constructing a multi-family housing complex with 9 units. The two companies plan to collaborate on the entire development process, from land acquisition to residential planning, design, financial procurement, and construction.
The partner construction company for this project, Central Construction, was established in September 2002 and is a mid-sized construction company with a total of 149 construction records including housing and commercial facilities. In 2019, it won the Excellence Award in the residential category at the prestigious 'Korea Civil Engineering and Architecture Technology Awards' for 'SOHA HOUSE,' and in 2020, it was selected as a 'Technology Evaluation Excellent Certified Company' by NICE D&B and recognized as a 'Management Innovation Small and Medium Enterprise' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
