The signing ceremony was held at Shinhan Card headquarters in Euljiro, Seoul, with attendees including An Jung-seon, Vice President of Shinhan Card Life Information Group, and Kwon Min-jae, CEO of Albacheck.
Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to discover collaborative service models for small business owners and promote joint marketing using their platforms, pursuing long-term cooperation across various areas.
Shinhan Card plans to expand digital-based support services for small business owners by enabling the use of Albacheck’s non-face-to-face store management services on Shinhan Card’s small business win-win marketing platform, 'My Shop Partner.'
Albacheck has improved the inefficiencies in communication between store owners and employees caused by manually managed work instructions by utilizing digital technology. By providing non-face-to-face work management services, it maximizes store operation efficiency and helps both owners and employees carry out their tasks more safely and conveniently. Recognizing the potential of this business model, Albacheck was selected for the Shinhan Futures Lab 6-2 program, Shinhan Financial Group’s startup accelerator, in July last year.
In November last year, Shinhan Card enhanced the small business win-win marketing platform, My Shop Partner, by fully supporting up to 15% of marketing discount costs provided to customers and assisting with precise marketing such as drafting marketing phrases and selecting customer groups.
