CJ Foodville N Seoul Tower N Grill Launches New 'Seoul' Themed Menu
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] CJ Foodville announced on the 8th that N Seoul Tower's N Grill, operated by the company, will launch a new course menu themed around 'Seoul.'
The theme of this new menu is 'Seoul.' It creatively reinterprets and presents course dishes inspired by representative landmarks and foods from various parts of Seoul. Familiar dishes and ingredients infused with Seoul's sensibility have been transformed into witty French cuisine.
Representative foods from Gwangjang Market in Jongno-gu, such as mung bean pancakes, Mayak gimbap, and yukhoe (raw beef), have been reborn as three types of amuse-bouche. Additionally, appetizers inspired by royal palace dishes like Gujeolpan, Jangchung-dong's royal jokbal (pig's trotters), and grilled fish from Jongno's grilled fish alley have been prepared.
There is also a chicken soup capturing the essence of Dongdaemun's whole chicken dish, desserts paying homage to Omija tea from traditional teahouses in Insadong, and cotton candy from Children's Grand Park. Main dishes include lamb chops, lobster, and Korean beef steak, with the menu varying depending on the dining time (weekday/weekend and lunch/dinner).
