[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jo Hangyu] Jangseong County in Jeonnam announced on the 5th that it will conduct a public inspection of individual official land prices (as of January 1, 2021) until the 26th of this month and receive opinions from landowners and stakeholders.
The land subject to inspection totals 231,240 parcels. A total of 2,547 parcels, for which prices were separately calculated through designation as standard land by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, were excluded from the inspection.
To check the assessed land prices, visit the Jangseong County website and enter the land location and lot number. Direct inquiries can also be made at the county office’s Civil Service Department or the administrative welfare centers of the respective towns and townships.
If you wish to express personal opinions regarding the land price, you can fill out and submit an opinion form available at the county office or administrative welfare centers.
Submitted opinions will be re-evaluated for price appropriateness by appraisers designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
The adjusted land prices will be reviewed by the Jangseong County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee and individually notified of the decisions by the 10th of next month.
