Sangmyung University Provides Introductory Public Enterprise Employment Training for Lower-Year Students
Online Lectures for Lower-Year Students Aspiring to Work in Public Institutions and Public Enterprises
NCS Application, Job Description, Aptitude, Written Test, and Interview Lectures
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Sangmyung University Career Center will conduct the employment preparation introductory course 'SM Special Forces PRE Program' for lower-grade students from April 6 to 15.
This program is an introductory course for preparing for public institutions and public enterprises, targeting about 100 first- and second-year students who are not yet job seekers.
As major corporations choose irregular recruitment instead of new open recruitment, the number of students hoping to work in public institutions and public enterprises is increasing. Sangmyung University planned this program to provide systematic information and programs to help students establish career and employment plans.
This online program focuses on preparing for NCS (National Competency Standards), which is essential for employment in public enterprises. The course will cover △Understanding NCS-based recruitment △Understanding NCS-based application forms and job descriptions △Practice of NCS personality and written tests △Preparation methods for NCS-based written tests and interviews.
