Police Apply for Arrest Warrant for Suspect in Nowon Three Mothers Murder Case
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] The police have applied for an arrest warrant for suspect A, who is accused of murdering three women in an apartment in Nowon-gu, Seoul.
The Nowon Police Station in Seoul announced on the 3rd that they had applied for an arrest warrant for A on charges of murder. The pre-arrest interrogation (warrant hearing) for A is expected to be held on the 4th at the Seoul Northern District Court.
A was apprehended by the police on suspicion of killing three women in an apartment in Junggye-dong, Nowon-gu, last month on the 25th.
After the crime, A was found injured in the neck during a self-harm attempt and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Afterwards, the police executed the arrest warrant once A recovered.
