BMW Korea Strengthens Non-Face-to-Face Customer Communication... Official YouTube Channel Revamped
First BMW Early Review: 'New M3 Sedan' and 'New M4 Coupe'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] BMW Korea announced on the 3rd that it has revamped its official YouTube channel to strengthen non-face-to-face customer communication in line with the post-COVID-19 era. The BMW Korea YouTube channel is operated with three main content categories: BMW Early View, content utilizing the BMW Driving Center, and music content.
BMW is the first in Korea to review new BMW models through BMW Early View. BMW Early View carries two meanings: Early View, delivering information as quickly as possible, and All Review, reviewing everything comprehensively. BMW Korea plans to provide accurate and professional product information through reviews conducted directly.
Content utilizing the BMW Driving Center located in Yeongjongdo, the third such center established worldwide, will also be introduced. This content measures lap times of various BMW vehicles sold domestically using the Driving Center’s track and introduces cumulative records. Instructors or professional racers from the Driving Center participate to widely promote the durability, safety, and driving pleasure that BMW vehicles boast through extreme driving on the track.
Music content using 'DJ BMW,' the first music curation service in the imported car industry, is also being prepared. This content was planned reflecting the increasing trend of consumers enjoying music while driving. By suggesting various genres of music that match the driving mood along with driving videos, it aims to maximize driving enjoyment and add an emotional experience.

Meanwhile, the first content on the BMW Korea YouTube channel is BMW Early View, featuring reviews of the BMW New M3 Sedan and New M4 Coupe, which are officially launching in April. A BMW Korea product planner will appear directly to explain in detail the vehicle’s exterior, interior, and options, and actively communicate with viewers by responding to questions left in the comments. Additionally, a professional instructor will conduct a driving review on the Driving Center track and challenge lap time measurement. Furthermore, starting with the New M3 and M4, BMW Korea plans to review all newly released BMW vehicles in the future, providing customers with a broad indirect experience.
