Dongsuh Foods Releases Limited Edition of Two 'Maxim Kanu Single Origin' Varieties
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Coffee specialty company Dongseo Foods announced on the 1st that it will release two limited edition instant ground coffee products, "Maxim Kanu Single Origin."
The new products are premium single origin coffees launched in response to the recent trend of increasing home cafe enthusiasts who enjoy various coffees from different origins according to personal preferences. Single origin refers to coffee made from beans produced in a single origin without blending with other beans.
Kanu Single Origin consists of two types: "Ethiopia Aricha" and "Indonesia Sumatra Lingtong." Kanu Single Origin Ethiopia Aricha is a lightly roasted product made from carefully selected beans grown by a cooperative in the Yirgacheffe Aricha region, characterized by floral and fruity aromas. Kanu Single Origin Indonesia Sumatra Lingtong is medium roasted using beans cultivated in the Lingtong area south of Lake Toba on Sumatra Island, Indonesia.
