Yangcheon-gu Accepts Resident Reports to Reflect Audits on Public Officials' Corruption and More
Yangcheon-gu Office Website Establishes 'Audit Report Window' to Reflect Resident Reports in Audits
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Yangcheon-gu (Mayor Kim Soo-young) announced that it has established an 'Audit Report Window' on the district website to reflect residents' reports in audits.
The audit report contents include illegal or improper matters such as public official corruption, cases causing inconvenience to residents or businesses, various construction defects, improvement matters, and other suggestions related to audits.
Received audit reports are used as a basis for audits, and results are not separately notified. However, general civil complaints unrelated to audits, matters that may infringe on personal privacy, anonymous or pseudonymous complaints, matters pending investigation, trial, or litigation, and matters audited or under audit by other agencies cannot be reported.
Residents who wish to report can do so through the 'Audit Report Window' in the Integrated Civil Complaints - Resident Report Center on the Yangcheon-gu Office website.
For more details, contact the district office's audit officer.
