[Public Notice+] AJ Networks Appoints Park Daehyun as New CEO of Holding Division
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] AJ Networks has appointed Daehyun Park, a financial expert, as the new CEO of the holding division.
AJ Networks announced on the 31st that it held its regular shareholders' meeting on the 30th and appointed Park as the new CEO.
CEO Park is a corporate finance expert holding certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Social Welfare and earned a master's degree in Business Administration from the same university's graduate school. He also completed the Certificate of Business Management program at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He worked at PWC Samil Accounting Corporation and served in the strategic planning headquarters of Doosan Group. He was also an executive in charge of finance and planning at Doosan Engine. Park joined AJ Networks in 2019 and has served as the head of business planning in the holding division.

CEO Park emphasized, "We will lead AJ's new leap forward by focusing on nurturing core businesses to enhance financial stability and strengthen synergies and competitive advantages among businesses. In particular, through the spin-off of the pallet business division, which is a high-growth sector, we will enhance leadership and expertise within the industry and secure a foundation for sustainable growth."
