View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Cheol-eung] Oh Se-hoon, the People Power Party candidate for the Seoul mayoral by-election, stated that he will revitalize stalled private redevelopment and reconstruction projects to achieve results within one year. He plans to simultaneously promote development projects across various parts of Seoul, including Mok-dong, Sangye-dong, Apgujeong-dong, Yeouido, Daechi-dong, and Sadang-dong.
On the 30th, during a TV debate hosted by the Central Election Broadcasting Debate Commission, Oh responded to a common question about housing stability measures. He said, "We will supply 185,000 housing units," adding, "We have organized apartment complexes where we can start within a week and achieve results within a year."
He continued, "Mok-dong apartments with postponed safety inspections, all Sangye apartments facing difficulties, Apgujeong and Yeouido apartments with delayed district maintenance plan decisions and announcements, Daechi Eunma, Mido, Woosung, Jamsil 5th complex pending at the Urban Planning Committee, Yeouido Simbeom, Sinbanpo, Sadang, and others totaling 24,800 housing units."

Oh also said, "We will double the supply of long-term rental housing shifts to 70,000 households and increase youth monthly rent support from 5,000 to 50,000 households."
