Gamevil and Com2uS announced on the 30th that they established the chairman position through their shareholders' meetings and made this decision through each company's board of directors.
The newly established chairman position is intended for strategic decision-making to secure the future vision and growth engines of the two companies.
Chairman Song will serve as the global strategy officer, overseeing strategic investments such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and the global growth strategies of both companies.
New CEOs have been appointed to lead Gamevil and Com2uS, positions previously held by Chairman Song.
Gamevil appointed Lee Yong-guk as the new CEO, and Com2uS appointed Song Jae-jun as the new CEO.
