Another Shooting in Maryland, USA... 2 Dead, 1 Injured

According to the AP on the 28th (local time), a shooting took place around 7 a.m. at a convenience store located in Essex near Baltimore County, Maryland, resulting in 2 deaths and 1 injured.
Baltimore County Police reported recovering one body inside the 'Royal Palms' convenience store on Middleborough Road and another in a blue vehicle parked nearby.
Fourteen minutes later, police responded to reports of a shooting and arson at the 'Heartland Ridge' apartment complex on Shadetree Road.
A person with gunshot wounds was found dead in the apartment complex parking lot, and police indicated the death appeared to be a suicide.
The apartment that caught fire was reported to be severely damaged.
