Dongshin University Career Center Operates 'Korean-Style Professional Resuscitation Certification' Course
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Dongshin University Career Development Center announced on the 28th that it operated a Korean Advanced Life Support (KALS Provider) certification course on the 27th to enhance the employment competitiveness of enrolled students.
The Korean Advanced Life Support certification course is a team-based training program that teaches cardiopulmonary resuscitation tailored to the actual Korean medical environment.
Twenty-one nursing students at Dongshin University learned through this training how to recognize emergency situations, perform chest compressions, use a manual resuscitator bag-valve mask, insert a laryngeal tube airway, insert a laryngeal mask airway, and operate a defibrillator.
