SBW Group Supports Vulnerable Groups on Ssangbangwool's 58th Anniversary Celebration

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] SBW Group announced on the 26th that it donated underwear, innerwear, socks, stockings, and other items worth a total of 500 million KRW to Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province.
The donation ceremony held on the 25th at Hwaseong City Hall's reception room was attended by Seo Cheol-mo, Mayor of Hwaseong, and on behalf of SBW Group’s affiliates, Kim Se-ho, CEO of Ssangbangwool, Son Young-seop, CEO of Vivian, and Yang Seon-gil, CEO of Nanos, SBW Group’s Restructuring Office Director Park Il-seong participated.
This ceremony was held in place of the 58th anniversary event of Ssangbangwool, an affiliate of SBW Group. Related companies Vivian and Nanos also participated to join forces. Due to the impact of COVID-19, no separate events were held, and the decision was made to contribute to vulnerable groups as a way to give back to society.
SBW Group delivered products worth a total of 500 million KRW from Ssangbangwool and Vivian, leading domestic underwear companies. The donated items will be distributed to vulnerable and low-income groups within Hwaseong City.
Kim Se-ho, CEO of Ssangbangwool, said, “We are pleased that SBW Group affiliates have come together to make a meaningful donation on the occasion of Ssangbangwool’s 58th anniversary,” and added, “The growth of our company was possible because of our consumers, the people of our nation. We will continue to give back through ongoing social contribution activities.”
