View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Ji-hwan Park] On the 24th, Samjong KPMG announced on the 25th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) focused on AI collaboration, including the supply cooperation of artificial intelligence (AI) automation solutions, with the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at Samjong KPMG headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul.
The signing ceremony was attended by Daegil Jeong, head of Samjong KPMG Consulting Division, Younghwan Kim, head of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, and officials from both companies. According to this agreement, both parties plan to continue cooperation using Samjong KPMG’s Ignite solution and the AI RPA solution modules developed by the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute.
Starting with the finance and insurance industries, they plan to support customers’ digital transformation acceleration based on AI module combinations for the development and application of automation solutions in various industries such as public and infrastructure sectors.
Samjong KPMG’s Ignite solution aims for process digitalization and innovation utilizing Samjong KPMG Lighthouse, an IT solution organization. It provides high-quality digital services such as differentiated process mining technology, customer experience enhancement using digital technology, employee experience improvement using digital technology, and strategy establishment and solution construction for digital BPR, enabling companies to secure competitiveness in the digital technology environment.
The AI RPA solution modules of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute are applied to the operation of the insurance fitting service, a smartphone-based insurtech service for insurance planners and insurance consumers.
