Damyang-gun Operates Period for Submitting Opinions on Individual and Collective Housing Price Inquiries
[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] On the 24th, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced the '2021 Individual Housing Price (Draft)' and stated that the period for viewing and submitting opinions on individual housing prices will be operated until the 7th of next month.
The target for this viewing and opinion submission is detached and multi-family houses located in Damyang-gun. To ensure accurate and fair housing price calculation, since October last year, the county has investigated the characteristics of all individual houses (usage, structure, orientation, etc.) and completed the price calculation and verification by the Korea Real Estate Board for 15,302 individual houses.
Individual housing prices can be viewed only by owners and interested parties at the county office's Tax Accounting Division, Eup/Myeon offices, and the Damyang-gun website.
If there are any opinions regarding individual houses, a housing price opinion form can be submitted by visiting the county office's Tax Accounting Division or Eup/Myeon offices, or by mail or fax by April 7th.
For houses with submitted opinions, a re-verification will be conducted regarding price balance with standard houses and neighboring houses, and the results will be individually notified to the opinion submitters. The individual housing price (draft) will be finalized and announced on the 29th of next month after the viewing and opinion submission period ends and after deliberation by the Damyang-gun Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

Meanwhile, prices for multi-unit housing (apartments, row houses, multi-family houses) supervised by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport can be viewed and opinions submitted until the 5th of next month via the Real Estate Price Disclosure website or at the county office's Tax Accounting Division and Eup/Myeon offices.
