FKCCI International Business Institute, Recruiting Students for Advanced Course in Real Estate and Financial Asset Management
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] The Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) International Business School, an affiliated management and economic education institution, announced on the 22nd that it is recruiting students for the "Real Estate and Financial Asset Management Advanced Course 3rd Term."
This course focuses on investment strategies in the new normal situation of prolonged low growth and low interest rates in the economy, as well as asset management methods amid uncertain market conditions such as COVID-19 and the by-elections. The curriculum will cover essential topics for asset growth and management, including designing investment strategies for asset managers, asset portfolios, information gathering and risk management, and understanding the complex tax system.
The main instructors include capital gains tax expert tax accountant An Sunam, real estate investment star lecturer CEO Jang Yongseok, land investment/developer expert CEO Ko Sangcheol of LandPro, and domestic/foreign stock investment managers from Samsung Securities VVIP Center.

The course will begin on the 9th of next month and run for 12 weeks every Friday.
