Seoul's Top 3 Districts with the Highest Increase in Individual Detached House Official Prices: Yongsan, Seocho, and Gangnam-gu
[Asia Economy Reporter Seo So-jeong] The autonomous districts in Seoul with the highest increase in individual detached house official prices this year were Yongsan-gu (13.07%), Seocho-gu (12.69%), and Gangnam-gu (12.47%) in that order (provisional figures), the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 19th.
According to Seoul City, the average increase rate of official prices for 294,295 individual detached houses in the city, excluding new properties, was calculated at 9.83% as of the inspection date.

Dongjak-gu (12.20%), Mapo-gu (12.09%), and Jung-gu (11.93%) ranked 4th to 6th, while Songpa-gu (11.02%), Yeongdeungpo-gu (10.77%), Seodaemun-gu (10.68%), and Gwanak-gu (10.47%) were among the top 10.
