Rokit Healthcare Launches Regenerative Medicine Education Platform 'InVivo Campus'
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Global biohealthcare specialist Rokit Healthcare announced on the 17th that it will launch the total regenerative medicine global education platform ‘INVIVO CAMPUS’ within this month. The regular content of the platform will be paid, while materials previously disclosed in numerous seminars and webinars conducted by Rokit Healthcare will be provided as free content.
INVIVO CAMPUS has been developed as an online-centered biomedical education platform. The first education program to be introduced includes Rokit Healthcare’s specialty areas such as 4D bio-printer and practical training, as well as cell printing. Experts including master’s and doctoral degree holders in specific domestic and global bio fields will be invited as instructors for advanced courses to provide bio education content.
A company official explained, “INVIVO CAMPUS will release biomedical regenerative medicine education content including basics of 4D bio-printer, bio printing operation, and cell output,” adding, “It is characterized by allowing anyone from students without bio knowledge to current professionals to take courses online and offline, thereby lowering educational barriers in the science field.”
Rokit Healthcare recently focused on the fact that interest in the bio field has increased during the ‘COVID-19 era’ and demand for education has surged, but there is a lack of educational programs to meet this demand. A company official said, “The purpose of developing our education platform is to change the barriers and prejudices that make it difficult for the general public to understand bio-related knowledge,” and added, “It is a proper responsibility as a global biohealthcare company to enable anyone to utilize specialized skills and equipment based on the education content.”
The company conducted a demo offline education program last year, which was attended by about 80 university students. In the second half of last year, it also successfully completed a regenerative medicine education program for working professionals in cooperation with the 3D Convergence Industry Association.
