Investment of 1.2 Billion Won in Improvement of Rural Living Environments at 24 Locations
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 16th that it plans to promote the 2021 Rural Living Environment Improvement Project to create a pleasant living environment and improve convenience facilities in underdeveloped farming and fishing villages.
The "Rural Living Environment Improvement Project" is a residential rights project that develops rural areas to improve basic living environments and establish cultural welfare facilities. Last year, Muan County completed 21 sites, which greatly alleviated residents' inconveniences and resulted in high satisfaction.
This year, Muan County plans to invest 1.2 billion KRW to build residential infrastructure such as excellent drainage pipes, alley maintenance, and parking lots in 24 villages including Pyeongwol Village in Yongwol-ri, Muan-eup, before the farming season.
