Jaeneung Holdings Appoints Former WELLA KOREA President Kim Pyeongyun as New CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Jaeneung Holdings announced on the 15th that it has appointed Kim Pyeongyun (68·photo), former president of WELLA KOREA, as its new CEO.
New CEO Kim Pyeongyun is an expert in management and strategic planning who has led organizational efficiency and profit structure improvement for over 40 years at LG Household & Health Care, EFC, and WELLA KOREA. In particular, from 2012 for six years, he led the acquisition of P&G KOREA's WELLA Professional business, contributing to management stabilization and serving as president of WELLA KOREA.
According to Jaeneung Holdings, upon taking office, CEO Kim announced plans to clarify the roles and functions of each affiliate within the Jaeneung Group while establishing a productive organizational system.
