'Dae-han-i' is a chatbot consultation service based on KakaoTalk that launched on March 10 last year. When users ask questions using simple words or sentences in the chat window, the chatbot automatically provides immediate answers or offers a list of anticipated questions containing the relevant words to help customers find the answers they want.
By using this service, customers can get answers to their inquiries about air travel, such as ticket reservations and check-in procedures, anytime and anywhere using their mobile devices.

Customers who chat with the chatbot 'Dae-han-i,' enter the phrase '1st anniversary event,' and leave a congratulatory message in the chat window with 'Dae-han-i' will be entered into a draw. 200 winners will be selected to receive prizes.
