The campaign was organized to raise awareness of the importance of quarantine by providing guidance and promoting personal quarantine rules to university students in line with the new semester opening.
During the campaign, leaflets containing quarantine guidelines and masks were distributed to university students, and they were asked to comply with personal quarantine rules.
Although there has been no rapid increase in COVID-19 confirmed cases recently, concerns about the relaxation of community vigilance are rising due to the March semester opening and the full-scale vaccination rollout, making thorough mask-wearing and adherence to personal quarantine rules necessary.
The city plans to conduct the campaign twice a week throughout March, when an increase in university students' activities is expected, and actively promote participation in following personal quarantine rules not only among university students but also local residents around the university area.
