SPC Group Transitions to Dual CEO System with Paris Croissant's Hwang Jaebok and Lee Myungwook
Hwang Jaebok Promoted to President and CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] SPC Group announced on the 2nd that it has carried out regular executive appointments, including promoting Hwang Jae-bok, CEO of Paris Croissant (photo), from vice president to president.
SPC Group appointed Lee Myung-wook, vice president and head of Paris Baguette BU at Paris Croissant, as a co-CEO of Paris Croissant. Accordingly, Paris Croissant will be operated under a dual CEO system with the existing CEO Hwang and Vice President Lee serving as co-CEOs.

SPC Group also appointed Vice President Do Se-ho as CEO of BR Korea and Vice President Kim Chang-dae as CEO of SPCK. Park Hae-man, Executive Director of SPC Samlip, Lee Kyung-il, Executive Director of BR Korea, and Kim Beom-seong and Park Won-ho, Executive Directors of SPC, were promoted to vice presidents.
