[Photo] Oh Seung-rok, Nowon District Mayor, Holds Donation Agreement Ceremony with Olive Union
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 25th at 3:30 PM, Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, held a donation agreement ceremony with Olive Union and Smart Ear in the mayor's office.
At the ceremony, Olive Union donated 10 units (worth 3 million KRW) of the hearing amplification device for the hearing impaired, 'Olive Smart Ear,' and an agreement was made to support post-management such as usage guidance.
The 'Olive Smart Ear' is a Bluetooth earphone independently developed by Olive Union for people with mild to severe hearing disabilities. It connects with mobile phones and uses an app to finely adjust sound, remove noise, is equipped with a high-performance speaker, measures the user's hearing, and amplifies sound tailored to individual hearing levels.
The agreement ceremony was attended by Mayor Oh Seung-rok and Song Young-gi, Head of Olive Union Customer Center, and proceeded with signing the agreement, delivering the donated items, and commemorative photo sessions.
The district plans to distribute the donated items to 10 hearing-impaired individuals in the local community.
