On the 25th, Deputy Prime Minister Yoo visited the technical control room of the Korea Educational Broadcasting System (EBS) in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and said, "Even after the school reopening on March 2, please ensure that the public learning management system (Online Class) operates stably and that a system to respond to emergencies is established."
Deputy Prime Minister Yoo pointed out that although the EBS Online Class system was completely revamped to build a video class system capable of supporting 200,000 simultaneous users, it is regrettable that the preparation conditions for classes were somewhat delayed.
Yoo said, "In February, teachers should familiarize themselves with the system and prepare for classes, but since the new system only started operating after mid-February, there are reports that schools are having difficulties adapting to the system."

She added, "While there is some regret that the system's advancement process could have been more systematic through communication with the field and collaboration with the Ministry of Education, please make efforts to ensure stable operation of the system based on last year's experience to prepare for unexpected situations. A monitoring system must be established and preparations made to respond quickly even to unforeseen circumstances. The Ministry of Education will also actively cooperate."
