At this appointment ceremony, Sergeant Lee Juhyun, an air rescuer belonging to the Jeju Maritime Police Agency Aviation Unit, was specially promoted to Lieutenant for his merit in rescuing all five crew members of the stranded vessel Bangjuho near Seongsan Ilchulbong, Seogwipo, which occurred on January 31.
