A man in his 20s scolded by his father and a house in Yeongdo-gu, Busan, where the kitchen was burned.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] A man in his 20s was arrested by the police after setting fire to the kitchen of his own home in a fit of anger following a scolding from his father.
According to the Yeongdo Police Station in Busan on the 17th, at around 5:51 PM on the 16th, Mr. A, at a house in Dongsam-dong, Yeongdo, set fire to the kitchen by placing a calendar on the gas stove and igniting it after being scolded by his father for the high phone bill.
The fire caused approximately 1 million KRW worth of damage to kitchen appliances including a microwave oven and was extinguished by firefighters who arrived within about 10 minutes. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
