On the 9th, Jo wrote on her Facebook, "Although former Minister Jin is an expert, it is disappointing that he is the first recruit in an election held due to a sexual harassment incident," adding, "No matter how urgent it is, from the perspective of trying to reclaim the 'Lost 10 Years of Park Won-soon’s Seoul,' which is stained by sexual harassment, I worry that this might become 'Park Won-soon Season 2.'"
Jo pointed out about former Minister Jin, "He was the person who, during the Open Democratic Party’s Gyeonggi Province governor candidate period, answered 'O' in an OX quiz on whether former National Assembly member Choi Yeon-hee’s sexual harassment of a female reporter was a momentary mistake by a decent person."

She added, "He served as an advisor to former Mayor Park Won-soon, who caused the scandal that led to this by-election, and even went on overseas trips together," saying, "If it weren’t for Mayor Park’s death, he would still be known as 'Park Won-soon’s advisor Jin Dae-je'."
She further criticized, "Former Minister Jin ran as an Open Democratic Party candidate for Gyeonggi Province governor in the 2006 local elections, created by former President Roh Moo-hyun, but was defeated," and said, "Candidate Na, who lost the Seoul mayoral election 10 years ago, is lenient on the female reporter sexual harassment incident and has recruited a figure with the experience of losing the Open Democratic Party’s Gyeonggi Province governor race 15 years ago."
Previously, on the 8th, Candidate Na announced that she had recruited former Minister Jin as an expert advisor.
At that time, Candidate Na wrote on Facebook about former Minister Jin, "He is a key figure in the semiconductor miracle and is leading the agenda of the 4th Industrial Revolution," explaining, "The future of Seoul and the livelihood of its 10 million citizens depend on how successfully Seoul transforms in line with the 4th Industrial Revolution."
